Mr. Berkowitz counsels small businesses and multi-national companies on issues relative to their contractual relationships. He represents a variety of corporate clients in actions arising out of commercial loan, purchase and sale, and distribution agreements. Mr. Berkowitz has also advised numerous clients in mediations relating to both domestic and international matters. He has successfully resolved disputes in mediation and through direct negotiations on favorable terms to his clients.
