Alex Espenkotter is a Partner in the Wealth Transfer Group at Heller Waldman. He is Board Certified in Wills, Trusts and Estates by the Florida Bar Board of Certification.  Mr. Espenkotter counsels affluent families on a wide array of sophisticated estate planning, tax planning and asset protection techniques and strategies.  Mr. Espenkotter also frequently represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in will and trust contests.  His clientele include resident and non-resident aliens, as well as banks and trust companies.  

A frequent lecturer, Mr. Espenkotter has spoken on a variety of topics ranging from asset protection to advanced estate planning and tax reduction techniques. He has also addressed charitable organizations on issues of estate planning and tax benefits of charitable giving.
